1045 burnt today and another 250 jump jacks done (phew) just 500 to go! I have found doing them in sets of 50 has helped.
452 in hand so im feeling pretty pleased with myself, thats after 2 pints and half a bottle of wine :drinker:

New challenge 5 days eat 80% plus of exercise calories this will still allow weight loss as calculated by MFP plus some extra and should stop starvation mode syndrom0
