  • I'm 38 DD. I buy Enell sports bras. They have a web site. My girls stay right where they need to be.

  • I wear both a bra and sports bra...a little uncomforable at first but you get use to it and it holds everything in.
  • I just run at a lower speed. Then again, I'm at a much, much, much bigger size than you, and I don't think they sell sports bras in my size that I can even afford, alas.

I wear 2 sports bras to keep them where they need to be. Does the trick and it helps me forget all about them when I'm "jogging"

I'm the same size, you just have to find a good fit...sorry I don't recall the brand on mine, I did find them at Walmart. Of course, if I'm PMSing I have to deal with some pain.

I wear a regular bra, one that is actually too small for me in the cup with a sports bra on top. It holds the girls down. Im a 38 GG, sometimes 38 H.

Champion (sold at Kohl's, not sure of other stores but I'm sure they're sold everywhere) sells good inexpensive sports bras! I wear the same size as you. Never had a problem with discomfort with this bra. I usually buy them a slightly smaller size so they fit snug.

I recommend Title 9 sports catalog. They have amazing bras. I have had to come to terms with the fact that in order to be comfortable running with my girls (34 DD), I have to pay a little extra. Athleta also has some good bras.

Actually, yes. It's at the top of every forum. It says "FORUM GUIDELINES- PLEASE READ BEFORE POSTING."

  • I usually wear both a bra & sports bra as well, seems to work just fine. Try it :) also, you could try doubling up the sports bras.

This is where I get my bra's at and I love them. They hold them in and I can run without a black eye.

In response to your question-- if you can't find a bra that makes them as immobile as you'd like, maybe use sports tape?

I'm a 38DD, so I can feel your pain. I had the same problem until I splurged and got a really good sports bra. Try going to shape, fitness, or self magazine websites and type in bras in a search. They give great recommendations. I've loved each one that I've tried and totally have eliminated pain from the girls.... and I'm running 40-60 minutes now.

Under armor compression sports bra helps me.

I'm a 38 D as well but I wear my regular bra with my sports bra. My sports bra is a cheapie from Wal-Mart but I think the difference is my regular bra. It's from Lane Bryant and they have the BEST BRAS ever. The keep the girls separated and supported so it doesn't look like you have one big boob!

I'm a 34DD & Victoria Secret makes a sports bra that works really well. I get them a size down and the girls stay put!

I thought it was crazy at first, but ended up doing the same thing a lot of ladies have mentioned - I wear a regular underwire bra under a Champion sports bra I bought at Target. I had tried a couple fancy, expensive ones from Zappos, but ended up sending them back. My solution is cheaper and as I am changing sizes I can't keep spending so much on new bras. Once I get to my final size I will buy a nice sports bra, but until then, the two bras work fine. Just feel a little different. :)

32F here... lululemon's "ta ta tamer." Awesome name, best sports bra I've ever used. Pricey (I think around $68?) but worth every penny.

I am a 40DD and had the same problem for so long... I went to RunOn (a store that caters to runners) - and they have sports bras that make sure the girls DO NOT move - It is pricey ~ about $70.00 ~ but well worth it!

I'm a 40 DDD and I wear a regular bra with a sports bra on top and they still don't hold my puppies in!! I have a champion, one from Old Navy and I just bought 2 from Nike that say "compression" so I am hoping when I try them out they will work better.

I've lost 50 pounds and have only gone down in band size not in cup size....I would love to be a regular D but I don't think it's gonna happen, lol.

try a sports bra that is 1 size too small in the cup for extra compressing, have a good jump around in the changing room to test before you buy one!

This is the sports bra I brought from Lane Bryant. i wear a 38 F and I got a a smaller size than what I wear. The bra fits pretty tight, but doesn't hurt. It holds me great!
