I lost a little more than five pounds in November. My goal for the year (and month) is to hit AT LEAST 127lbs, which will make for a total of twenty pounds lost for me.

Now that the water weight is gone from Tue/Wed.. I'm bak down to 191.6, which is .6 of a pound heavier than my start last month, but I'm ok with that. I'm really starting to add up the miles during my half marathon training and I know I'm gaining muscle.

Hi!!! I just join and also like many of us, need a little bit of motivation so, yeah!! I'm in!!,Ive been struggling with my weight since last year, I was able to lose last year 24.2 pounds and in the last couple of months i gained some of those back. Right now I weight 154 lbs, so 5 pounds is a great start.

I'm in, but my weight has been VERY stubborn this past week even though I am just under my calorie count and am working out 3 to 4 times a week. If I meet this goal, I will have lost 1/3 of my target loss goal.0 -

Im in! Im Hoping to at the very least MAINTAIN!!!! I have gained 20 pounds since july and Im not planning on gaining any more. I got up to 172 over thanksgiving weekend which is what I weighed at 9 months pregnant in 2008...
Today Im glad to say I am starting at...169.4
Im not hoping for much Im really just hoping for 165 or at the very least a maintain for the month,0
