    2 slices of Western Family 100% whole wheat bread (200 cals.)
    1tbs of peanutbutter (100 cals.)
    When I have done extra awsome then also 1tbs of Nutella :D (100cals)

    It's like a Reeses's sandwich xD
    The whole sandwich, 300-400cals.

    It's filling, and high in protein. :)
    Also High in fat but I don't mind the fat in it.

    My favorite lately has been homemade chicken salad (w/celery, onion, herbs and a teeny bit of mayo) on oat bran bread with sprouts.

    my favorite: whole wheat pita stuffed with lemon pepper hummus, sprouts, feta, tomato, cucumber, spinach, and some balsamic vinegar. mmm.

    i just ate a 80 calorie wheat bun with black forest ham, mustard, romaine, and a weight watchers swiss cheese wedge! simple, but quick and easy and only 140 cals!

    Joseph's low carb pita pocket used as a Gyro wrap

    Fresh roasted chicken breast (fresh herbs, gahhhhlic, lemon)
    thinly sliced carrots, cucumbers, shredded lettuce, thinly sliced red bell peppers, red onion, a couple strips of sundried tomatoes, baby spinach leaves, slice of Finlandia light swiss cheese and dijon mustard.........MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

    My sandwich filler of the moment is:
    Take a 14 oz can of tomatoes with basil/oregano/garlic and stir in 2 TB of balsamic vinegar. Spoon over zucchini or eggplant slices in a baking dish w/nonstick spray and bake at 400 for maybe 20 min.
