    So I can keep track for my self and everyone else watch my progress(if you want to)

    03.10.2011: 150.5 lb
    10.10.2011: 149.5 lb
    17.10.2011: 150.6 lb - the time of the month, so I gained a pound(earlier it was 2 so I'm satisfied)
    24.10.2011: 149.4 lb
    31.10.2011: 147.1 lb
    07.11.2011: 147.0 lb
    14.11.2011: 146.2 lb
    21.11.2011: 145.3 lb
    28.11.2011: 144.1 lb
    05.12.2011: 143.7 lb

    Here is my check in.... I'll keep a running score :wink:

    10/07 - 171.2 ...(doctors office checkin)
    10/14 - 169.2 ...lost two pounds!!
    10/21 - 171.8 ...Gained it back "recovering" from my half marathon last week!?
    10/28 - 171.2 ...Back to square one and ready to melt the fat away!!
    11/04 - 169.2 ...re-weighed in after my bathroom use and shower this morning.... like this one better! :bigsmile:
    11/11 - 169.8 ... Not horrible to gain that little but not the direction I wanted to go this week :frown:
    11/18 - 169.6 ... lost .2 so I am okay with that, probably not going to make 15 anytime soon. I will keep at it till I do though!!! :bigsmile:
    11/25 - 170.0 ... well I gained a half a pound instead of losing half a pound. I have been playing around with my calories and exercise so that is to be expected. I am done messing with them and we will see how long it takes to lose that 15!!

    12/2 - 168.2 .... happy dance!!!!

    Thanks! Haven't been under 200 since before high school, so probably about 10 years.
