    Can I still join? I am going up and down from 131.6-132.4....But I would like to have lost 5 pounds by the end of the month.

    About me: I'm 5'3" and 24 years old. I started in Augutst at 140 and would like to be back to 117-120 Overall!!

    Im in. November was bad.
    I would loss 3lbsour then the next week it was back.

    Challenge for everyone!

    At this time of the year you may feel you have no time to exercise, the goal is to find ways to fit in exercise anyway you can. So for this month when you go to the store or mall park as far away as possible. At the mall when you get to the store you want to be at walk by and do a lap around the mall before you go into the store. Not much but every little bits helps out.

    I wish I could tell you how to find the will power to not eat cookies this month but I can't. I love baking cookies this time of year. Try to split a a cookie with someone or take a bite just to get the taste and then throw it away.

    Any other suggestions? Please share and help keep us motivated,

    I did the November challenge and I am in for December! My goal is to be out of the 190's by New Years. If I do what I did in Nov., I should make it.

    Ok I actually weighed myself today and my start point is 166lbs, not 168 as I'd estimated. :)

    Hello friends,
    Weighed in today (instead of yesterday) and although I'm still a bit up from my lowest weight at the start of November I'm moving back down in the right direction and I'm less than I was right after Thanksgiving.

    December is a really hard month to lose weight, but we can do it! One thing that I'm trying to keep in mind is that this is not the last chance I have to eat _______, I can pass this time/ this week/ this month/ this year and still be able to enjoy myself knowing that I will feel great, look great, and eat that yummy _______ once I am at my goal!
    Also if I do eat something that I had not planned in I can always just run around the block a few times to make up for it! :tongue:

    I usually host challenges, currently doing one that wraps up on Dec 14th, but I'd love to be in one where I can just be the participant :happy:

    I'm going to keep my weighins on Thursdays as that will be exactly 5 weeks; with my final weighin on Sat the 31st! (gives me a couple days at the end to step it up!)

    Hi everybody! This is my first post, have only been "on plan" since Wednesday, but I'm determined! :) Have around 40 lbs to lose total. I weighed myself Thankgiving and i was 202. I would love to break through to the 100's and by NYE be 195! Can't wait to chat with you all!

    Challenge Goal: 220 (1/3 of my target loss)

    I'm in, but my weight has been VERY stubborn this past week even though I am just under my calorie count and am working out 3 to 4 times a week. If I meet this goal, I will have lost 1/3 of my target loss goal.

    How do you edit a post so you don't have to put on a new post each time?
