I'm sorry, I was stuck looking at the picture. Can you re-type everything you just said? I missed it.0

hahaha im torn...part of me wants to say its attractive, part of me thinks hip bones should not jut out like that0 -
She's not too thin. I really wish people would stop posting on MFP about how they think fit women are too skinny.0
-
Her legs are far too thin in my humble opinion...0
-
Her hipbones stick out like that because she is laying down. Gravity!0

Some people are just more petite with smaller frames than others. She doesn't look unhealthy.0

I guess i should clarify that this was also posted by a guy who once bragged that he "got a girl skinny by telling her she was fat" yea, that girl developed an eating disorder after he cheated on her......so yea, probably the reason the photo hits a nerve with me is the person who posted it0
-
IMHO....she is very thin. Too thin for my liking...
But she doesn't need to impress me...0 -

*applauds*0 -
she looks fine. Hip bones will do that, stick out. You know?
I too am tired of fit women being "too skinny".0 -
Being an American living in my third country so far, I can say with pretty firm certainty:
A lot (not all) of Americans seem to have a skewed perspective:
-Skinny in America is normal most elsewhere
-Normal is overweight
-Overweight is morbidly obese
Anyways, I dont understand the photo o-O can someone explain what it has to do with Friday...and what the meaning is behind it?0 -

The guy's a jerk.
From what I can see of that picture, that particular woman looks pretty healthy.
Why is it OK to tear a woman down for being "too thin"? I'm not talking anorexic, unhealthy, worried-for-your-life thin. Just thinner than the woman who's doing the tearing down.0 -
I think she looks fine - I don't think she looks too thin. Laying down does make your hip bones stick out.0
-
I think she's fine....I mean she doesn't look sickly. I personally don't like the whole hip bones sticking out thing...but I have big hips, and my hip bones are already starting to show and I'm still 60lbs over weight, so I can imagine what they will look like if I get down to 150.... Just throwing that out there.0

I agree. There is no winning or losing.0 -
I use to look like that.0

Heck, I'm ginormous and when I lay down in a similar position (3/4 sort of deal), my hipbones are pretty visible... of course, we're all built differently and my thighs, calves are more musclular. I shall never have straight looking calves like that. Hate to hear a backstory though about some poor woman being emotionally blackmailed into getting thinner. It's a shame that she may have done it in a way that wasn't healthy and in the end lead to her own internal sickness just for outer beauty. It's the whole book/book cover thing. My favorite books have the ugliest covers from real life experiences. That's just me0

Pretty much. Maybe eye candy before the start of the weekend?0 -
Not too thin imho. Could you hand me a flashlight?0

The problem (often) isn't the size of the girl, it's the mentality of the one looking at the picture. In my days of disordered eating I def found and idolized pictures of women who were TOO thin, they were anorexic, they were not fit, they were dying. There is a difference.0 -
Hard to judge from this photo. Can you post some without any clothes, so we can do a more accurate assessment?0
-
OH MY GOD HER BELLY BUTTON IS NOT AN INNY OR AN OUTTIE!!! WTF????0
-
happy friday, indeed.0

I don't think she is too thin, it is just her build. She has a very beautiful body.
I have a very large build, it would be like someone telling me I am fat for having a large build that would be very nice.

Are you sure it's a 'her'? Looks like a bit of a hairy tummy .......0

A lot of women, especially ethic women, have a lot more body hair than a pale white woman. I know I am constantly plucking various body parts
That said, I don't think she's 'too' skinny; she's skinnier than I would ever like to be, but I don't think she looks unhealthy or scary in any way.0 -

Well if they told you that they would be blind, in my humbest of opinions. You are beautiful!!!!!0
