Welcome everyone to the 3500+ calories burned challenge. This is a weekly challenge to meet 3500+ calories burned, it is open to everyone. You set your own calorie goal for the week. Each day post the calories you burned, current total and how many you have to go. That's it, not too hard, other then push push pushing yourself to hit your goal. Everyone is such an inspiration on this challenge. Keep up the good work for the people returning and welcome to the newbies.

Okay, here is a good challenge. I think it not only allows one to do a bit of exercise while making oneself accountable, but also, gets one into the community of health conscious people who can be of support!
Weekly Goal: 1400 to 3500 (I am beginning)
