Best exercises for your booty

I asked this the other day on my wall and didn't get what I was seeking so I thought I'd put it out for the general audience. What are some of the best workouts, exercises, moves..etc that you do to tone your *kitten* up? Someone already recommended sumo dead lifts for me. Just curious as to what other women in specific do. Thanks for any input.

I was curious about this too, cause personally, I love my *kitten*. It's big, but it's nice and bubbly, just like I (and the guys! lol) like it. haha. Hope I can keep it once I start losing more weight though!
Try google. It's great.

If you have any links to YouTube or other sites, I'd appreciate those as well.
@mztenderheart I too like my rear in general but it's huge despite what others have told me, it is. I'd like to shrink it down by 20% at least.0 -

I am all about working the butt....here are staples in my workout:
Weighted lunges
Weighted squats- normal, wide stance, feet together, and plye
Stiff legged dead lifts
One leg dead lift
Leg press-1 leg and both legs
kettlebell swings
Weighted step ups
For cardio try doing the stepmill...thats another way to target the glutes0 -
I just worked mine out tonight. It is starting to look awesome. Definitely lunges and squats. Sometimes the gym will have a glute machine that's nice too.0
