Today's challenge is: Arm curls
Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm
You can use anything you want as weights.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as callisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

I DID MY 200 ARM CURLS. 100 ON EACH ARM WITH 8 LB WEIGHTS. GO ME!!!!!0

I will try. I hope I pick the right amount of weight for my weights. 8]0

I did 200 curls using 2.5 weights (each arm). Obviously, I didn't use the right amount of weight or it would have been more of a challenge for me. I do believe my arms might hurts a bit because of the repetitions. Usually, I use 5lb. weights to do curls, plus the medal 3/4" bar that holds them. I knew I couldn't do 100 using that amount of weight, so I settled on the 1/2lb. weights. Boo on me. 8[0

Done. I did them as sets of 50 with 5 pound weights. I know that is wimpy, but it's has been a long time since I have done any lifting other than boxes.0
