Does anyone know what muscules exactly work if to use simple stepper and for how long should i make workout be for better results?

If someone used, please share the results..

    They typically work the quads and the muscels surounding the knee.

    For cardio based workout you want to do about 20min at a level that is comfortable.

    To use as a strength based excersise the trainer I used to have said do 5 min at the pace that makes the last minute hard. Give your self a break and repeat 3 times.
