jumped on the elliptical today!!! it was awesome... did 25 minutes thismorning..
I figrured out my problem with getting motivated for exercise.. I was always trying to wait till the kids were asleep at 7pm and I never felt like it by then cause I just wanted to wind down n relax at the end of the day so the new plan is to wind down at the end of the day but only for two hours and try to be in bed by 9:30 instead of midnight that way I can get up in the morning and do it.. today I had ate breakfast and started exercising by 9:00 and usually im dragging myself out of bed by then..
@55 - I had been having trouble getting motivated to exercise as well. I went walking with a friend last night, and made hubby put the kids to bed. Two birds, one stone! :laugh: Let's keep it up!
Today was one of those days where I felt like all I had been waiting for all day is bedtime. So, I'm going to head there right now. I'm fighting off a cough/cold, which is not helping.
On a happy note, I peeked at the scale, and am back at "under-150", so my RED ALERT response is working. Just need to stick with it.0 -

Im finally on my way down and im finally exercising.. ended up doing 40 minutes total yesterday and 55 minutes today, I think the switch has finally flipped back to GO!!! I Also took a Peek at the scale and it said I was Down 1 Pound!!! YAY!! Tomorrow is weigh in and altho I ate lots and lots of junk I was wayyyyy under calorie goal so im hoping to still see that 1 pound loss tomorrow!0 -

Well actually, I gained 4 then lost 3. Oh well! It was totally worth it (chocolate, cider, pizza, fish and chips ) :laugh:0 -
