How did you do it?
How are you calculating your body fat?
I have my body fat % calculated using hydrostatic weighing. It's the underwater method that is scientifically the most accurate. I have this test done once a month. In addition to that I also have my measurements done once a month by the same person for as much consistency as I can get. As for how I did it ... First and foremost I changed my diet completely. A lot less fast food and a lot more cooking. I read labels religiously at the grocery store always trying to pick the best options especially when it concerns calories and sodium in the food. I started exercise I usually get it in 6 days a week, but as an average I would say 3-5 days a week I exercise. I believe I lost the most inches because of circuit training. I do Jillian's 30 day shred program in rotation with walking, running, the elliptical, my favorite step aerobics class, and Zumba. I have an excellent support team and I don't let a bad food choice ruin my whole day. I do still have a cheat day every once in a while. I would say like once a month if that. Good luck with your journey.0 -
