Oops, I missed Friday, so did Saturday weigh in. Still getting into the routine of this.
Fri 2 Dec - 89.4 kgs (197.1 pounds)
Sat 10 Dec - 88.2 kgs (194.4 pounds)
Lost 1.2 kgs (2.7 pounds)
Very happy as I am now below the weight I was in November last year! Still need to lose a bunch, but first milestone down!!0 -
I would love to join. This weeks weight 164.5.! My weight fluctuates and I don't know what to make of it. Weekly challenges sound great idea. Thanks.

Is it too late to join? I would love too! Right before the weekend sounds wonderful. Let me know. This week I weighed in at 173.8, Gained 1/2 pound because of Thanksgiving but the coconut cream pie was worth it, lol. Thats ok I am sure I will lose it plus more this next week.

Happy with the results. Stopped buying animal crackers, because I clearly cannot control myself sometimes. Started eating carrots and celery (with a little bit of french onion dip) instead. Seems to be helping!0 -

Try and remember most people are putting on several pounds throughout these holiday months. Maintaining your weight is a huge accomplishment, especially with all the extra temptation!
