Chicken Parm LOW CALORIE!!!

This is really good and filling !

Chicken Parm

Ingredients
*3 bonless skinless chicken breast (cut the breast in half to make them thin)
*whole wheat bread crumbs
*garlic
*Smart balance butter
*Light Ragu sweet tomato and basil (No sugar added)
*part skim mozzerlla cheese
*grated parm

Directions
*Very lightly coat your chicken in your smart balance butter
*Roll your chicken in the mixure of garlic, whole wheat bread crums and grated parm cheese
*Bake on 400 for 15 mins
*Take chicken out and flip it over bake an additional 5 minutes
*take chicken out and add a spoon full of your light ragu to each chicken and mozzerlla cheese
*Bake for an additional 5 mins

This is so yummy! My weakness is italian food and this really hit the spot!

    Bump! sounds like a good idea.. i was just thinking i am going to make baked chicken cutlets...

    You can find the Whole wheat breadcrumbs just about anywhere.. if you cant find them u can make your own from leftover bread..

    Instead of bread crumbs, try using the FiberOne original cereal... it's great! Added fiber and a bit of nutiness in flavor... it's wonderful, especially in a recipe like this.

    I'm so hungry for chicken parm now!!!
