How many sugars if you make it in the 9x13 pan????
The way I made it, it had 45 sugars in the entire pan, I cut them into 56 squares, making each one have just under 1 g of sugar.
If you don't like pumpkin, another way you could do it is with a can of black beans. Use the brownie mix and one can of black beans. Drain and rinse the black beans, put them back in the can and add water until it fills the can. Pour into a food processor and puree. Add that to the brownie mix, bake, and follow the remaining directions for this. Of course, the beans will have different nutritional counts than the pumpkin. I may try this simply because beans are cheaper than pumpkin!0
