HAHA This is so not fair!! ..I typically weigh myself every day cause If I can start to see a steady incline I can catch it right away and it never bothers me because I only count the one on my weigh in day BUT.....
I weighed 169.4 to start the month Then I weighed 168.4 the day Before And The day After my weigh in But on my actual weigh in day I weighed 169.4!!!!!!!!!!

Hope everyone is having a fabulous Monday. I know you all must be busy this time of year. But remember to take time out fir you. This is the time I usually drop working out, bake, and bake then eat and eat. But, no more I worked out today and no eating baked sweets.

the water dropped off but no extra weight.. after all that exercise last week 2-3 times a day and nearly 1,000 extra cals burned some days.. so disappointed. :sad:
but back to 147lbs for this week, hopefully lose something next week!0 -
hey all im weighing in on thursday again this week as i got an unbalevable shift coming up 9am thursday until 4pm friday :sad: (i do get to sleep 11pm-6.30am)

So I have stayed at 168.6 all week so im gonna hit the elliptical today and see if I cant lose the .6 so that I can have a good weigh in tomorrow.. started the month at 169.4 so I have lost .8 of a pound so far .... We will have to see what tomorrows weigh in brings I will be trying really hard to drink lots of water today. ... This will be my FIRST Pound Lost since June!!0
