    Tues: Unplanned rest day :(
    Wed: 1131 calories burned (tae bo, turbo fire, 70min walking)
    Thur: 606 calories burned (tae bo, turbo fire, 35min. walk/jog)
    Fri: 491 calories burned (tae bo and turbo fire)

    Sun: wasn't able to workout :(
