    opps I am a day late but here is my last weeks results:

    Tuesday: rest day
    Wednesday: Treadmill (45 mins)----479 cals
    Thursday: Walking (35mins)
    187 cals
    Friday: Trail Run (78 mins)
    851 cals
    Saturday: Trail Run (36 mins)
    419 cals
    Sunday: rest day

    No change in weight or measurements this week. I did the leg exercises twice this week. Really wish I had done more because it was a great workout!
