    I am now working on maintaining my weight loss eating an average of 2400 cals/day and working out 3 days lifting weights with cardio, 4 days cardio only.

    I know how hard it is to workout when you are very large and heavy and how disappointing it is when you realize your limitations, but if you don't stop it will get easier.
    Now I feel amazing and very energetic with all that weight off you can't keep me from the gym!

    Oh just seen everyone else's before and afters too and you ALL rock!!! You should all be totally proud of yourselves. I need to post some pics but still haven't figured out how to yet lol. Keep up the great work:)

    I love the before and after pictures, it really inspires me! Today is my first day on here. I set up an account awhile back, but never did anything with it! Taking control of my weight and eating habits is going to be my Christmas present to myself! Congratulations on your weight loss! You and everyone else who posted pictures look amazing! I can't wait to post some pictures...I think it will have to wait awhile though! :)

    bump for motivation!! WOW everyone who posted pics look AMAZING! i'm still in the begining of my journey, but hope to loose about 50-60 lbs. to get to my goal weight (healthy weight for my height of 5'3). currently i'm 190, and want to be about 130-140., but closer to 130.

    everyone here is so inspiring i feel my motivation coming back, I have been struggling a bit logging but I just have to organize myself better and plan my meals. Can't wait to have that before/after moment to make me proud!!!!
