The larger you are the better a metric weight is.
As you 'lose weight' (or should I say, lose fat) the less reliable weight is as a metric for your progress. At some point you have to switch to body fat percentage or waist size or just 'looks'.
But in the beginning of a weight loss journey weighing yourself is a cheap and easy way to see progress.0 -
