Ugh, up 4 pounds!! Ticked but not surprised. That's what not working out and fast food 2x in one week will do to me (along with an unhealthy dose of chocolate every day). I mistankenly thought that my heavy duty housework and Christmas decorating would burn enough calories to justify blowing off my personal trainer and not jogging.
My trainer is coming over today, due in 15 minutes and I already had a good breakfast. I am back on track.0 -

Not doing well...Christmas goodies have already started coming in to work and I CAN NOT not eat iced sugar cookies. Those are my BIGGEST downfall. Really getting strict to what I am eating now. while Christmastime is approaching in here, there will be a lot of temptation and most of them were sweets. And one thing that drop my weight was because I've been sick 5 days ago. one of the hardest i guess I was almost dehydrated and i don't want to experience it anymore. But now I feel a lot better. Haven't exercised yet maybe next week or depends, i might try some of low impact workout for the meantime.0 -

Not bad considering... another 1 or 2lbs by Jan would be nice but I'd be ok just to maintain through the Christmas season. Got two big Christmas Dinners this weekend so really need to get on with some exercise and try and burn some of the calories!
