I'm 6'3", I started at 256 lbs. and am down to 228; my goal is to be between 210-215.0

5'9 started out at 212. Initially started MFP last June. But Nov took it seriously and I'm now down to 201. Short term goal, 190 by May. Long term goal 150.0

My highest weight was 216 lbs about 12 months ago and most of it was in the belly :laugh:
3 months ago, when I weighed around 185 lbs I started on MFP.
Currently I weigh 170 lbs, would like to get within 160-165 lbs.0 -

Highest weight was 253, I've yo-yo'd for the last couple years, until recently getting decently serious, hoping to make this forever finally..

I'm 6'2" I was 280lbs at my heaviest, I'm 204lbs now. 190lbs would be nice, but I'more interested on getting my body fat down to 10%, and build some muscle, particularly on my chest, back, abdomen and arms.
But more importantly, I'm definitively healthier. A couple of years ago, my doctor wanted to get me on pressure medication. I'm doing much better now.0 -

Right now i am at 155lbs
Goal is to get to at least 140 and i gave myself until June 2012 but with the way i seem to be going i'm going to get there before that so once i reach 140 i'm going to try for 130!0 -
When I started my initial weight loss journey with weight watchers in 2005:
5'7" 168 lbs
Successfully lost past my goal weight of 130 and was 126. Found out I had allergies and had to drastically change my diet gained some weight back.
Started MFP in April of 2011:
5'7 148 lbs
Have been struggling through and currently 138. Hoping to get back to 130, but if I don't I think I can live with it as long as I can wear my clothes.0 -
