im 5'2" my lowest weight ever was 104 but i hated it. i could see my ribs and my hips completely. my parents thought i had an eating disorder. so i gained 5 pounds and i love my body at 110. i look very skinny but no bones are sticking out! so keep that in mind! what the bmi indicator says is health and what looks healthy are two different things.
great advice, thanks! (:
you look fantastic, btw!0 -

I'm 5'4", large chested (38F), little too much in the tummy area due to having both of my children be 8 lbs 8 oz at birth and being very large in my pregnancies. I've lost about 29 lbs since the end of July. Let's see if my pics show. I'm halfway to my goal!!!
These pics are almost exactly 1 year apart (give or take about a week)!!!1 -
I am 5'4 and I started off at around 201lb and a size 18/20. I am now 151lb and a size 8/10.

I'm 5'3" and my before and after is my profile pic. I'm where I want to be now. I was 125-130 and now I'm hovering at 100lbs. Yes I know I have to gain at least another lb or two...but I'm happy where I am.0

I am 5'3" and started at 150. I am now at 134 and aiming for 125. I think 125 is the ideal weight for my body type.0

I don't know how to post the photo but if you click you can see my 5kg loss - it's enough to make a difference......0 -
I'm 5'1' and was 11.5 stone ( 161lbs ) and 'how low do you go' is a toughie!
Using BMI charts a healthy weight range for my height would be 7.5 stone to 9.5 stone ( 105lb to 133lb)
I used a chart to check out my frame size ( uses measurement of the width between wrist bones ) and I come out as a medium frame........so I'm just heading for the mid range 8.5 stone (119 lbs)
..then I'll post before/after pics ..... 7 lb's to go!0 -
I'm 5'3", I was 155lbs and I weigh 128 now. I'm trying to get back down to 115lbs but that was when I could go to the gym and work out 2 hours a day, lol. I will settle for 120 though, so about 8lbs to go! Everyone's body is different though so just find something that is a happy weight for you Good luck!0
