6'1"' ; started at 278 and have been "on again, off again". Currently I am 264 with 6 weeks of continuous effort. Will be at 225 by this time next year.0

I am 5'6" and my current weight is 254.6lbs.
I started in May 2011 and I was 264 lbs.
I fell off the wagon for a couple months and gained everything I lost back.
I would like to be 180 lbs.0 -
I'm 6'0" and weigh 230. I started on Dec 5th, with a goal to get down to 200 by March 24th. I'm a College Women's Fastpitch Umpire and I want to be more flexible and lighter behind the plate this year.0

I would like to get to 160 first and then maybe re-evaluate and get to 140
if I am not happy with myself. It has been so long since I weighed 160 I am

Just restarted this week....5'9" 208...hope to get to 145. The most you can generally lose without massive workouts is 10 pounds per mong (on average). I'm 5'5 and I started out at 223. I currently weigh 160 and would be thrilled at 140. My mini-goal is 150 which would put me at a "normal" BMI. Now that I'm getting lighter the weight is not coming off quite as easy so I hope to be 150 by March It's taken 7 months to get the 63 pounds off though.0
