I started out in mid-September at 166 pounds. My highest weight (not pregnant) was 172. My highest pregnant was 185 so I wasn't happy at 172. I am 5'6". Currently I am 145, but I want to get to 130 and maintain between 130 and 135.0

I joined MFP about a week ago but I have been using other calorie counters before this. I joined to hopefully gain friends who were also trying to lose weight like I was. Its tough when everyone around you is not in the same boat and you feel bad always talking about dieting and exercise when they aren't into it. I only wish I had joined sooner so my tracker read 43 lbs instead of 4 lbs lost

5'6 in. Started at 205 lbs. Lost it, had 3 kids (lost the baby weight in between them all) and am at 127-130 these days. My ticker represents the last of the baby weight (I have a toddler now).0

I began to change my eating habits in March 2012 with my beginning weight as 236.
I started using MFP & tracking my calorie intake about 5 weeks ago and have lost 10 lbs. I'm setting several goals rather than 1 unrealistic goal for myself. NO DEADLINES!

I am five foot and one inch tall. Top weight 213. Now four months later I weigh 181. It took me this long to lose 32 pounds. My goal is 132and I think it will take a year to reach my goal. I am not on a " diet " I am making life long changes in how and what I eat.0

Started dieting Monday when doctor told me I've gained 30lbs since getting married 2 years earlier (seriously, it was my anniversary) so I'm getting serious about this! My goal is 150lbs and then see how I feel about myself.
Probably not good to start during Christmas holidays but I figure if I can control myself now, I'll have no excuse for goofing later in the year.0 -
