A study reported in Woman's Health magazine and in the joural Obesity states that women who upped their water intake to 1 liter a day for a year were able to credit 5 pounds of their weight loss to to water comfirming for the first time an association between water and weight loss.     :blushing: Water is also a great way to keep your body from getting hungry. Often your hunger pains are actually signs your body requires water. Keep up the good work.
