So I got home today feeling tired and worn out and proceeded to eat 500 calories over my daily goal. I sat there in front of the tv frustrated with myself and decided to do something about it. I gave myself one hour to digest all those excess calories and changed into my gym clothes during commercials. I then went to the gym and burned off those extra calories so I'm ending my day at +6 calories :happy:
