I would love to join you guys, I have done this workout before but have never stuck with it consistently for 30 days. At the moment I'm doing her Killer Buns and thighs DVD> I think a group to help push each other is a great idea especially after christmas!!0

Is it ok to repeat the same exercise everyday? I rotate all of my Jilian Michaels workout dvds so my body doesn't get used to the same exercise and I'm on level 3....but I'll join if it will work!0

I'd like to join as well. I've done it before for 45 days straight. I didn't lose much weight, but I lost a few inches. I also was breastfeeding, so I was always hungry.
I've been doing it here and there, but not consistent. I'd like to try to do it for 30 days straight and I'll also be taking protein supplements. I'm hoping for more dramatic weight loss.0 -

I'm all for starting on the first but is it ok to skip 2 days later that week, i'll be in a place where I highly doubt I'd be able to do it. I was planning on beginning every jan7th but a group might keep me motivated to stick through it, even if it means starting early.0

I was considered 'obese' when I first started it. It has modifications so you can go at your own pace. The trick is to stick with it! You'll be amazed with the results!!!!
