    WOW!! Great job..very inspirational and motivating for me to start running which I have been trying at a little...but I think this will be my goal for new year now that I am at goal weight!!

    Thank you to all of you. I am glad the Lord may have used my story to motivate you or encourage you. Just know you can do "it" if you will work a little each day at what ever your "it" is.

    I listed 5 goals last Jan1 that I wanted to accomplish this year.
    Grow closer to the Lord
    Lose 100 lbs
    Save $4000
    Buy my wife a new car
    Write a book


    To date I have:
    Hope I am closer to the Lord (hard to measure)
    Lost 101 lbs
    Saved $4400
    Bought my wife a Buick
    Written 2 books (They are ready for publishing)

    I did something each and every day to accomplish each one of these goals and look at the results.
    I am working on my list of goals for next year

    You can do "IT"
