Then put your feet up on a bench and do them that way. Or work on doing planche pushups.

            Good advice from: fitnatic67 if you have a hard time keeping up with the number of pushups for that day just print a copy of the julian calendar.

            I was doing really good a couple months ago and then stopped for no reason. I can't do a regular one but even the wall push-ups had been making a difference. Game on!0

            Scared to death! But down for the adventure. I'll give it a try --
Injured my rotator cuff in Spring 2010 doing rapid fire and a million reps of push-ups (thanks to P90X), and have been nervous about getting back to it.
But this is my chance . . . gonna NEED y'all's support and motivation. I just posted that my goal for 2012 was to be able to do 50 - I can barely do 8 - 10 now. So, this will definitely push me past that mark . . .0 -
