    30 Day Shred is a really good program. You can definitely see results fast. My only problem is I can't stick to it. After about 3-5 days I get bored with doing the same thing over and over. Hearing her say the same thing...see the SAME THING.

    You have done an AWESOME job by the way. Huge difference. Keep it up!!!

    Absolutely amazing. I got 9 days into 30 DS and hurt my knee so couldn't continue. Even tho it's better now, I have decided to wait until the first of the year to start back up. It is definitely a killer workout!! Continued success for you!! :drinker:
