    I think the night time eating is a problem for a lot of people. I also do well during the day, and then the evening comes, and Wham-o!
    I've tried many things, and sometimes they work, but I always feel kind of like I am "white knuckling " it. This kind of eating has very little to do with hunger, and I think we need to figure out what our individual reasons are.
    I have also heard good things about that book by Geneen Roth, but forgot the name- until now, so thanks!
    I keep thinkng that if I could just not eat after 7:30 I'd be fine!
