80 lbs lost with Pics

I started my weight loss journey in 2008 when I weighed in at 293lbs. and I am currently 212lbs. I dropped weight for a while but it crept back in slowly until I started using My Fitness Pal after my best friend suggested it for me just 4 months ago. I still have 22 pounds to go for my goal weight however, I thought by posting this it would help me keep pushing and impact someone else in the process.

Here are some pics, hopefully they will inspire someone who thinks they can't do it. Trust me you can. I still have a ways to go but I am feeling great these days! This is not a diet it is a lifestyle change I made thanks to My Fitness Pal.
