    Well done, you must be so proud of yourself. I have 80kgs to loose, it is just the beginning for me and my body aches so much each day doing exercising but I love it (not the pain though) but knowing that there are people like you out there that are role models for people like me ---thanks have a great day!:flowerforyou:
