Sorry about the confusion on the weight in dates. Weigh in is on Sunday's but I am easy to get along with. I would like to have them by at least Wensday. Everyone has their own diet and exercise program that you follow. We are just here for accountability and support. You don't have to loose any set amount of weight to stay in the group. Only requirement is that you post your weight once a week for me to record in a database that I keep track of it in.0
