    Thanks for posting. This has been a good thing for me to see. I also started on Ja 4th last year and started well. Then it waned and I messed about. I had a bried good spurt before my hols in the summer and have let life take over again and allow me to make the wrong choices again.

    See what I COULD have achieved has I kept with it I hope will spur me on to do better next year. Thanks again
