    question to this, why when i put in my food does it give me 1300 calories each day but i have a bmr of 1600?

    Did you put in to lose 2 lb/week? The auto setting goes pretty low when you put that in for a target. I would change to target loss of 1 lb/week. A lot of people who are following that and exercising are losing more than 1 lb/week. Other than that - kind of a glitch that happens I guess.

    Question?? So far today I have walked 45 minutes and I believe I walk 2.5 mph. I have a 20" stride. I believe. If I burned 186 calories so far and my daily calories to burn a day is 301 do I burn all of these calories then eat them back up?
