Thank you for starting this! I haven't done my measurements since Sept. when I started Yo-Yoing. I knew my weight has been going up and down between 150 to 163lbs. but what I didn't realize is that I gained 3" in my hips & waist.:grumble: I really need to get back on track! My original goal when I joined 1/31/11 was 150 & I would like to get there by my 1 yr. anniversary.0 -

The BONUS CHALLENGES will be: (If you complete the bonus challenge you will receive an extra point)
January 1-5: complete an extra 100 burpees
January 6-12: complete an extra 150 crunches
January 13-19: complete an extra 100 jumping jacks
January 20-26 complete an extra 50 slip squats
January 27-31 complete an extra 50 jumping jacks
Also, if you aren't for sure how to do an exercise youtube has awesome videos that I have found to be very beneficial for me. If you can't complete the exercises and need to subsititue with another exercise please feel free to do so.

I've never done one of these before & I have the feeling I will be relying on youtube for instructions for quite a few of these (what the heck is a mermaid lol) but I wanted to give it a go... I have even made myself a excel spread sheet with each days exercises & check boxes... I do have 1 question though... are the bonus ones per day or per week? Like to get the week 1 bonus do I just do 100 extra burpees throughout the week or each day?

belly button Waist:49 (my belly button is really low in comparison to the widest area of my hips...so I'm not sure if I should use it or my natural waist)
