            Count me in please! I already hit the gym 5 days a week but I have a lot of myofacial tissue issues I am working on with my trainer which makes it hard to do any more then strength training exercises and some light cardio. If my body responds to the rehabbing like I want it to :grumble: then my goal would be to hit the trails for an hour every day once spring rolls around. This challenge sounds like a great way to keep me focused.0

 I would love to join the challenge. Have a real problem sticking to exercise, always an excuse - but need to stick at it as I know it is a big key towards my weight loss .I have to learn if I cant manage one type of exercise at one particular time - eg., row if my RSI has flared up, I need to go out and walk, get on exercise bike, rebounder, even DVD or ANYTHING! .So great to feel part of a group - look forward to sharing postings.
