OK, 1st day - just a brisk walk, as recovering from lurgies but:-

I'm adding people to the spreadsheet as they complete their first workouts. Here's what it looks like so far:
Tomorrow morning, I'll post the entire spreadsheet that includes all of today's workouts, and I'll do that every morning, to include all the workouts through the day before. If I miss you or one of your workouts, please let me know. Thanks.

I love it, I want to do it!
I'm going to give myself a 1 for today even though I've done about 4 aborted sets of exercise instead of a full 40 minutes. all together it counts and I'm going to do a bit more today.
