Hey everyone! SORRY I'm just posting this group now! My internet has been down for a few days, and I can't manage message boards on my android!

I hope you all had a fantastic and successful NEW YEARS! I sure know mine was certainly one that I will never EVER forget! (:

My starting weight is 255.3 <--- OMG! That number HAS to go down! (:

LETS GET THIS CHALLENGE ON THE GO! CAN"T WAIT TO SEE HOW THIS MONTH GOES FOR ALL OF US!

if you ever need any help throughout the week feel free to post here for some support! and thank you everyone for the ADD! This is going to be a GREAT MONTH!

    The goal is to lose 10 lbs in the month of January 2012!
    Since this year starts on a Sunday we will weigh in EVERY SATURDAY! That way it makes you responsible for the entire week!
    So we weigh in on the 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th.:smile:

  • Thats mostly water weight you will lose that so fast! Don't be too disappointed in yourself you did great and it could have been much worse! Good luck on this challenge.

    I actually lost a few pounds over the holidays but that's from being sick so i no that isn't a truly accurate number. You know its bad when opening a can of chicken noodle soup sounds like too much work. Today though i felt good enough to be bothered by the mess in my kitchen and actually began to have a bit of appetite by dinner. Hopefully the scale won;t go up too much in this " not really sick but not well enough to work out stage" I hate that time!

    Anyway, here's to a fabulous and continually shrinking January!!

    Going well so far... I'm finding it hard to eat all my calories... OMG so much food... But I guess its what I need to kick start my metabolism.
