    From tickerfactory.com. Go and set up a account. Look for the bbcode, copy and paste the small img?????img code that are in brackets to each post that you want. Its easier than it sounds.

    Hi In for my 3rd month. I do Leslie Sansone walking programs ( 5 different discs) and follow up with exercises to get a good burn ( The Firm Girls...3 discs/ Biggest Loser programs....3 discs/Jillian Michaels ..4 discs/ 5 generic discs ).

    Stress fracture of the fibula. No running for me, but I did get the ok to bike, so I'm in for 60 miles this month. :smile:

    Hi Everyone! My name is Sue and I would like to join this challenge but I am new to MFP on line and can't get the ticker for weight loss to work much less the miles ticker. I also don't understand how the challenges work. The spreadsheet that you refer to - can anyone see it - if so where? Or is it something that is just posted at the end? To log you miles do you just post it here? Sorry for being the slow newbie!! I would appreciate any help....Thanks and Good Luck to all! My goal is 60 miles - treadmill and 100 miles on the stationary bike!

    Sorry I don't reply to each and every post here. The thread moves too fast.
    It's very gratifying to see old participants joining the challenge again. An amazing 600 people joined since we started the challenge in November 2010. We must be doing something right here.

    OK - home from the gym. Got in 3.2 miles on the treadmill and 5.5 miles on the bike!!!
