    Hey,
    I will try for 5 pounds in January!

    Watching what I eat after 3pm (problem area), logging in calories, working out 3 times a week and water.

    I did the Dec Challenge and lost only 2 pounds, but that's OK.
    Given the Holiday season, I will take 2 pounds loss.
