GrandmaJackie - All you have to do is post your weigh in here on Monday's (before noon PST). I do the rest. :-) You can also respond to other posts, etc. in the meantime.

bluiz13 - I think the confusion happened because some were excited to get started so they were posting info. I wasn't ready for yet. You probably saw that, etc. Originally, people were just supposed to post how many lbs. they were looking to lose so I could get a lot of the chart ready.

Amy, I'm thinking I should buy one of Jillian's dvds. All the photos I see of the before and afters of women who used Jillian's dvds show amazing transformations in such a short time.
Also...Kristen, as always, the chart is egg-ceptional!
Only Day 2 of this challenge and I started out badly. Was home alone and on the computer all AM and was snacking the whole time. Bad! Trying to make up for it now. Not easy. Hope everyone is doing better than me!

I love the challenge information!! Last night when I got on the eliptical I varied the resistance and speed hoping that would work for the interval workout for 15 minutes. Then I got off for 5 & filled up my water/rested. Then got back on for an additional 30 at a steady pace. I had planned on doing a total of 30 minutes, but when I got back on it was like it was not a problem to push it to a total of 45!
Does this sound like it is in line with the challenge? I just wanted to make sure I was interpreting it correctly. Thanks!!!
Also - I am trying to up the water even though I almost always top 8-10 and many times get to 12-14. Yesterday I went to 16! I'm not sure if I can keep it that high, but I do plan to get to the double digits everyday.0 -
