Day 2 - done (30 minutes treadmill, 3.5 mph, 20 incline, 30 minutes stationary bike - weigh-loss program)0 -

BTW Jill - It was a challenge for me to find my post today!:laugh: Since I did not work out yesterday I had to go back SEVERAL pages to find Sunday morning. Finally I just went to my profile to find time I posted on Sunday to make it easier. I have to get used to the traffic on this thread now.
