 Great website, great recipes, thanks a lot! I try to cook when I can, but over the years learning to cook on my own, I never really found and "normal" good tasting diet recipes. They always use stuff like shark steaks and salmon, not food that my young son would eat. So Amy's cook books will be great. Here's to you for finding that website... :flowerforyou:

I too have a problem with being hungry often/not feeling full. I seem to have a high metabolism, so I eat about 5 -6 times per day. I have discovered a GREAT and filling breakfast option: Quaker Weight Control oatmeal. It has 3 g total fat (.5 sat.), 160 cal, 7g protein and 6g fiber. The protein and fiber are what keeps me feeling full. It comes in banana, cinnamon, and maple/brown sugar. I like to top it with some frozen fruit (thawed, or course) I sometimes just eat if for a snack. Hope that helps!0
