6 to 8 oz. Unsweetened Almond Milk ( using less milk makes it thicker)
    1 packet Truvia
3/4 to 1 scoop Jillian Michael's Whey Protein ( I like the Triple Chocolate Shake, vanilla's good too)
    1 tsp. imitation vanilla

If you like Mocha flavor, add a 1/2 tsp instant coffee to the chocolate one

    Calories 110 (6 oz) / 135 (8 oz.) Carbs 7 ( 3/4 scoop) / 9 (full scoop) Sugar 2 - 3 gr.

It thickens as it sets, so I make it up and let it sit overnight in the fridge....nice and thick for breakfast-to-go.....

    Couple
1 scoop Chocolate protein(watch for cholestorol tho)
    8oz 1% or skim milk
    half a bannana
    heaping tablespoon peanutbutter
lil bit of ice and blend!!

I love my magic bullet, i've had mine for 8 years, every now and again have to order new blades but it's all good.

Another tip.. if you use plain or vanilla protien you can add sugar free jello powder for flavor. I like the sugar free orange. You mix that, milk, vanilla protien, and some ice....its awesome.

you can buy frozen mixed fruit at walmart two in big bags.

I freeze fruit during the summer, so I'm estimating the amount that I use:

3 peaches (skinned, pitted, and sliced)
    1 banana
    1/2 cup frozen cherries
1 cup 100% white grape juice
    some ice

Makes 2 large glasses at ~200calories each. I would think you could add some milk for creaminess.

Canned pears (rinse off the juice), scoop of grass food and 1/2 package of sugarfree jello if you want to add an additional flavor and/or it is good for your nails, teeth, hair etc.

I love the Magic Bullet! I make my smoothies with two big handfuls of baby spinach, cup of blueberries, 1/2 a banana, 1/4 cup each almond milk and cran juice and a tablespoon of flax seed. I also do a simple one of just light coconut milk and a scoop of Jillian Michaels chocolate whey protein powder and some frozen berries.
