    That is absolutely reasonable. My goal weight is 130, which is right in the middle of the healthy BMI scale. :smile:

    I am 5'7 and currently 180 :( but I have a newborn and two other girls to blame. In the past I was 135 and I think that is the slimist I should be because I have a more muscular build. Feel free to friend me.

    I'm 5'6 and I started at 200lbs... now I'm down to 154lbs. My goal would be somewhere between 110~120....
    If my country wouldn't be this obsessed with skinniness I'd be totally fine with 140lbs :/

    I am 5'7". I turned 30 last year and decided i was not happy with my weight of 185lbs... I had never weighed more than 180lbs so i started working out Jan 2011. i had lost my first 10lbs by my Birthday Feb 2011 and then lost another 20lbslbs by June 2011. I have maintained that weight loss all year. I fluctuate between 150 and 155lbs from week to week. I am currently training for a 1/2 marathon in march. I am not trying to lose anymore weight but have a feeling i might see 145lbs by March with my training. :) I have never been a thin girl but i do not think that your goal is un-realistic.

    I'm 5'7 and weigh anywhere from 145-150, my goal is 130-135. It's frusturatin because I wear a size 10 and could wear a size 10 when I weighed 165 so I'm wondering if weighing 135 is going to get me into something like a size 4 or 6 which is what I would like. I can wear an 8 in some things but they are tight.

    I am 5'7". I currently weigh 146lb. Just starting to get back into working out. When I was in very good shape I was around 135lb. I wasn't too skinny. Just right. So the idea of 141lb is very realistic. Go for it!

    I am 5'7 and have been wavering between 155 and 160 for what seems like forever! I'd love to be down to 135-140. Good luck to everyone with their goals!

    I'm 5'7.5" and I started my journey at my heaviest 268lbs on Aug 20,2011 at a size 18 I am now as of today Jan 6 206.6 and 61.4lbs down and am in a size 12/14 I say that because my 14s hecka baggie and I haven't officially tried on a 12 yet will be doing that tomorrow!!;) Funny before 3 kids I was in a size 12 at 175lbs at 18...now I'm 206.6 lbs 26 yrs old and just about in a 12 so my goal weight or goal is to be at a healthy BMI now my goal wright is 150 ...I laugh to think about what size I will be then;) I'm still obese even at this size..so I think its individual..just get to a healthy BMI;)

    i am 5'7 and weigh 200, want to weigh 155. i am big framed and look sick under 155. so it depends on your frame size. i have also had 4 kids. im not going to get my high school weight back, ever and im ok with that.

    I'm 5'7" and my goal weight is 145. I have 43 pounds to go to get there but 145 is what I weighed for most of my adult life (until I started packing on baby weight from 2 babies 3 years ago.) I think the 140's is a great weight for someone our height! My highest weight was 243 so I am down 55 pounds since march 2011 but I really look forward to getting down to the 140's again. I've never felt better than at that weight!

    I'm 5'7. I started MFP at 157 & I am now 141.7 lbs. My goal is somewhere between 130-135. I don't mind so much the scale at this point as much as I focus on getting toned. But I have to admit, I'd totally prefer to be in the 130's!

    I'm 5'7" too. My goal weight in 140 lbs. Started at 215 lbs and currently 189 lbs. I was 145 lbs for my wedding 10 years ago and looked great, but still had a bit to loose which is how I came up with my goal.

    Everyone's body is different, but it's definitely doable for some ladies our height. I know that when I hit 150, i looked fine, but I really really struggled to stay there. There was no way I was going to lose 10 more lbs. Then there are many women our height that do great at that weight, so I'm going to say, see how you feel when you get there, if you feel really comfortable and that it is a sustainable weight, then enjoy!

    Great to see a post for 5'7 girls on here...I am 5'7 so interesting to see what weight everyone is or aiming to be, At my heaviest I have been about 160lbs but I am now down to 134lbs, my lowest was over the summer at about 122lbs which is what I am trying to get back to!!!

    what do you weigh? what do you want to weigh? how do you feel at that weight?

    I'm 5'7 as well. My highest was 222 lbs and I felt horrible, obviously. My lowest after dieting a couple of years ago was 169 lbs. I felt pretty good at that weight, but I needed to tone and I still had a good amount of belly fat. I gained weight and now weigh 196 which is also too much for my height. I have similar goals as you, my first being 160 lbs, as you are right now. How do YOU feel at your current weight?
