When it is cold , I like Red Beans with rice and sausage, chili,beef stew with Velveeta, yum
BBQ just sounds better when its cold outside... the smell of the fire pit....
Its nicer when its not sweltering hot outside, to enjoy a good BBQ!0 -

I also grew up in Oregon...camping. We'd fish for rainbow trout and then cook it over the open fire.
